Maintaining your home
This section provides you with advice on reporting repairs, heating your home and safety at home.
It is important that you report a repair as soon as you notice it to help us take the appropriate action and keep homes in good order.
When you request a repair we will:
- Offer you a range of appointment options for urgent or routine repairs
- Where we have made an appointment, ensure that we keep it
- Respond to all genuine emergency repair calls within 24 hours
- Complete all repairs to a good standard
- Take care to protect your property whilst we carry out repairs, and tidy up after completing them
- Where we carry out programmed repairs, inform you in writing at least five working days prior to starting the work.
