Call 0800 5874 735 (freephone) within office hours (8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday) to report general repairs or request a gas safety check

Call 01527 551885 out of office hours to report an emergency repair or a problem with heating and hot water

When you call to report a repair you should be ready to provide us with the following information:

• Your name and address

• Your telephone number if you have one

• What the problem is e.g. a leaking tap

• Where it is e.g. in the kitchen

• When you are usually at home

• Whether you have reported the repair previously

• Whether you have a disability, are elderly or have small children.
