Gas servicing

To keep you safe we will arrange for your gas heating systems to be serviced every year.

Please make sure that you let the gas service engineer into your home to carry out this important work. If your boiler becomes faulty contact the repairs team straight away on 0800 5874 735 (within office hours) or 01527 551885 (out of hours).

If you smell gas phone the free TRANSCO Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

• Put out cigarettes

• Open doors and windows to let the gas escape

• Turn off the gas supply at the meter

• Don’t use any naked flames

• Don’t use electrical switches as the spark could ignite the gas

Never carry out any work on gas pipe-work or appliances yourself. Such work must only be done by a CORGI registered engineer.
